PET pellets absorb moisture easily in the air. You must run the PET dryer continuously according to the material parameter requirements before feeding. Insufficient drying will lead to bubbles, silver streaks, and cloudy preforms, which cannot be used for subsequent blow molding. Never skip or shorten the drying process to save production time.
Reasonable Matching of Auxiliary Equipment
The dryer is a mandatory supporting unit. If you produce high-end transparent preforms for drinking water or cosmetic packaging, we recommend equipping a crystallizer to restrain crystal points and guarantee bright, flawless preform surfaces.
